到(dao)目前為止國外無數(shu)壓鑄工(gong)廠會面臨給出難(nan)題:(1)勞動力成本上漲,需求萎縮;(2)機器(qi)品牌型號眾(zhong)多,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)數(shu)據(ju)繁(fan)多且難(nan)以實時采集,信息(xi)斷(duan)層,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)(cheng)監控(kong)困難(nan);(3)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)作(zuo)業計(ji)劃變化(hua)大(da),臨時插單、材料短缺等(deng)問題時有(you)發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng);(4)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)報表難(nan)以實時上報管(guan)理者,質(zhi)量問題追溯困難(nan),缺乏管(guan)理決策所需的信息(xi);(5)多品種少批量,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)排期困難(nan)等(deng)。若(ruo)不及(ji)時解決這些(xie)問題,企(qi)業難(nan)免遭(zao)到(dao)市場淘(tao)汰。目前,大(da)部分(fen)壓鑄行業企(qi)業的信息(xi)化(hua)程(cheng)(cheng)度還僅限于應用ERP、MRP或(huo)進銷存等(deng)計(ji)劃層面的管(guan)理系統。

微締MES在壓鑄行(xing)業的生(sheng)產(chan)過程(cheng)中實時(shi)采(cai)集(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)數(shu)據(ju);采(cai)用RFID技術采(cai)集(ji)無接口事(shi)物(wu)的信(xin)息(xi),如模具信(xin)息(xi)、員(yuan)工信(xin)息(xi),解(jie)決(jue)信(xin)息(xi)斷層問題(ti)。采(cai)集(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)數(shu)據(ju)后,在企業內網實時(shi)監控生(sheng)產(chan)過程(cheng),并進行(xing)生(sheng)產(chan)管理(物(wu)料、人員(yuan)、排期管理等)、數(shu)據(ju)分(fen)析管理、數(shu)據(ju)存儲(chu)、報表生(sheng)成及管理,為(wei)決(jue)策提供數(shu)據(ju)支持。同時(shi),在生(sheng)產(chan)車(che)間(jian)設電子看板,實時(shi)展示生(sheng)產(chan)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),以便車(che)間(jian)主管及時(shi)掌握生(sheng)產(chan)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),快速制定并實施(shi)(shi)應對措施(shi)(shi)。 

微締MES主要包括控制模(mo)塊(kuai)、數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集模(mo)塊(kuai)、通信模(mo)塊(kuai)及數(shu)據(ju)(ju)保存模(mo)塊(kuai)。數(shu)據(ju)(ju)保存模(mo)塊(kuai)與(yu)(yu)控制模(mo)塊(kuai)相連,用(yong)于(yu)臨時存儲數(shu)據(ju)(ju),以便(bian)與(yu)(yu)之(zhi)相連的控制模(mo)塊(kuai)進行數(shu)據(ju)(ju)統計、分析與(yu)(yu)處理等。
